how it works
Should your organization be interested in the services provided by THINQ POSITIVE, the process of partering is quite simple and painless.
STEP 1 - APPLY FOR ASSISTANCE
As we currently have limited manpower resources, THINQ POSITIVE utilizes an application for assistance methodology. Our goal is to assist up to six non-profits per year (on two month rotations). After an initial screening and visit, selected organizations will be notified of acceptance status and expected timeline for assistance. Click here to apply online.
STEP 2 - INITIAL EVALUATION
THINQ POSITIVE provide the organization with a questionnaire to be completed by key decision makers such as the Board Chair/President, the Executive Director and any marketing, fundraising and support staff.
STEP 3 - COMMUNICATIONS WORKSHOP/PRESENTATION OF FINDINGS
We firmly believe in "teaching people to fish." This presentation provides the backbone framework for and organizations long term success. This presentation will be paired with a report of our findings and game plan for the organization.
STEP 4 - PRESENTATION OF MATERIALS AND SUPPLY OF NEEDED ELECTRONIC FILES
At this point, all agreed upon materials are delivered to the client and with recommendations on implementation.
STEP 5 - WRAP UP AND LAUNCH
The organization has everything it needs at this point and is ready to put their materials to work.
Please note, at the completion stage, THINQ POSITIVE does not completely sever ties. However due to resource constraints, further consultation and execution of materials would be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and would probably involve bringing a donor or creating a more traditional retainer agreement to continue.
